Two sisters, a shared vision
We’re Jackie and Ugii, the sisters behind Unur.
One of us lives in Jersey, the other in Ulaanbaatar, but we speak every day and have always believed beautiful things should feel personal, not distant.
Unur began as our bridge between where the world’s finest fibres are grown and the place we now call home.
We wanted to create a brand of knitwear and jewellery that carried both stories – the calm, open landscapes of Mongolia and the modern sensibility of Europe.

“Unur” means Family
Unur (ᠦᠨᠤᠷ) translates to abundance; a large, close family. It reflects how we work: one foot in Jersey, the other firmly in Mongolia, where every piece begins its journey.
