Two sisters, a shared vision
We're Jackie and Ugii, the sisters behind Unur. One of us lives in Jersey, the other in Ulaanbaatar, but we speak every day and have always believed beautiful things should feel personal, not distant.
Unur began as our bridge between where the world's finest fibres are grown and the place we now call home. We wanted to create a brand of knitwear and jewellery that carried both stories: the calm, open landscapes of Mongolia and the modern sensibilities of Europe.

"Unur" means Family
Unur (ᠦᠨᠦᠷ) translates to abundance; a large, close family. It reflects how we work: one foot in Jersey, the other firmly in Mongolia, where every piece begins its journey.
Why our knitwear feels different
We collaborate directly with trusted Mongolian partners and work closely with our makers. This means we are able to offer pieces that are typically 30–50% less than heritage brands, while ensuring more of the value stays with Mongolian artisans and herder families.
No wholesalers. No inflated mark-ups. The same high quality, at honest prices.
Every item is 100% cashmere or yak wool, never blended with synthetics. We share the origin and specifications of each garment so you can appreciate its quality with confidence.

The extremely harsh climate of the Mongolian Steppes yields some of the world's finest natural fibres.
By keeping the entire process local, from fibre to finished garment, we help sustain traditional craftsmanship and the livelihoods of our cherished artisans.
