How we deliver
Tracking and signature
All orders ship with a tracked courier service. You will receive tracking by email. A signature is required. If you miss a delivery, the courier will arrange a redelivery.
Customs and duties
We ship duties paid to many destinations. If duties paid is not available for your country, local duties or taxes may apply and are payable by you. We cannot advise exact amounts.

We hope you love your purchase. If it is not quite right, returns and exchanges are simple.
Return window
21 days from receipt. Items must be unused, in the condition you received them, with tags and packaging.
Christmas gifting
For orders placed between 15th November and 24th December 2025, the return window extends to 31st January 2026.
Returning a gift?
We can issue store credit so the recipient can choose something else, without revealing the original purchase value.
Earrings
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
