United Kingdom, Channel Islands, and Europe.

Cost

UK and Channel Islands: Free.
Europe: £15, or free on orders over £300.

Estimated timings

Jersey: Next working day (order by 1 pm).
UK & Channel Islands: 2–5 working days.
Europe: 5–10 working days.

How we deliver

Jersey: By our local agent or hand-delivered by our team.
UK, Channel Islands & Europe: By our courier partners.

Tracking & signature

All orders ship tracked. You’ll receive tracking by email. A signature is required. Missed delivery? The courier will arrange redelivery.

Customs & duties

We ship duties paid where possible. If not available for your country, local duties may apply and are payable by you.

Not currently available: BFPO addresses and deliveries outside the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, and Europe.

Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase.
If not, returns and exchanges are simple.

Return window

21 days from receipt. Items must be unused, in the condition you received them, with tags and packaging.

Return options

Jersey: Collection arranged, or prepaid return.

UK & Channel Islands: Free returns with prepaid label or collection.

Europe: At your cost. Use a tracked service and mark the shipment as "RETURN".

Returning a gift?

We can issue store credit so the recipient can choose something else, without revealing the original purchase value.

Earrings

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

We’ll share next steps, including a prepaid label or collection for Jersey, UK and Channel Islands, or the returns address for Europe.

Pack items securely and include your packing slip or a note with your order details.
