Delivery Charges & Times
Shipping and delivery timeframe estimates may appear at checkout, which will depend on the availability of your order items, your location, the prevailing logistical conditions and any delivery options at checkout. These may vary from the expected ranges set out below, which are general guidelines provided to us by our couriers.

Next working day for deliveries in Jersey, if ordered by 1pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays)
2-5 working days for UK & Channel Islands (excl. Jersey)

We regret that we are currently unable to deliver to addresses outside the UK & Channel Islands
However, please bear with us and check back soon. We are a new store and are in the process of setting up payment and delivery procedures for your country!
Delivery Services
The delivery times above are estimates provided to us by the relevant carrier. Whilst in many cases your order may arrive sooner, we cannot guarantee any delivery time as your order may be subject to delays, for example customs delays on international orders, which are outside our control.
All orders in Jersey will either be delivered via our local agent or hand delivered by us, depending on the availability of our drivers.
All orders outside of Jersey will be delivered via our couriers, depending on your location or any customer choices available at checkout.
You will receive an email from the courier with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. All deliveries need to be signed for so please make sure there will be someone at the delivery address. If a delivery is not possible you will be notified by the courier and a redelivery will be attempted.
We regret that we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses.
Returns Policy
All our products are manufactured to the highest quality and we are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes the delivered item may not quite be what you expected. We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied and so we are happy to offer a FREE refund or exchange within 21 days of receipt of your order, provided the goods are in an 'as sold' undamaged condition.

Your refund or exchanged product will be processed once the items are received and conditions confirmed. You will be updated on the status of your return through email and/or SMS, provided that all contact information was provided.
