Some providers process data outside Jersey/UK. Where we transfer data internationally, we use recognised safeguards (e.g., adequacy decisions or approved contractual clauses such as SCCs/IDTA) as required by the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 and UK GDPR.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above: typically up to 7 years for order/transaction records (tax and accounting), and until you unsubscribe or we prune inactive lists for marketing. We then delete or irreversibly anonymise it.
