2.Using this website

By using our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your country. If you are under the age where you can provide your own consent or enter a contract, a parent or legal guardian must consent.

3.Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy goods from us. We accept only when we confirm dispatch.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example due to stock limits, errors in pricing or product information, inability to obtain payment authorisation, or suspected fraud.
  • You must provide accurate details and confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We share necessary payment data with our processors to complete your order.

4.Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP and may change at any time before we accept your order.
  • Accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout. Card issuers may require authentication. If a payment is not authorised, we are not liable for delay or non-delivery.
  • If we offer promotions or discounts, separate rules may apply. Where they conflict with these Terms, the promotion rules apply.

5.Delivery

Where we ship

United Kingdom, Channel Islands, and Europe.

Typical timings

  • Jersey: next working day if ordered by 1 pm Monday to Friday.
  • UK and Channel Islands (outside Jersey): 2–5 working days.
  • Europe: 5–15 working days.

These timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

How we deliver

All orders ship with a tracked courier service. You will receive tracking by email. A signature may be required. If you miss a delivery, the courier will arrange a redelivery.

Customs and duties

We ship duties paid to many destinations. If duties paid is not available to your address, local duties or taxes may apply and are payable by you. We cannot advise exact amounts.

Not currently available

We do not deliver to BFPO addresses.

Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address you provide. Title passes once we receive full payment.

6.Returns and cancellations

Return window

21 days from receipt. Items must be unused, in the condition you received them, with tags and packaging.

Return options

  • Jersey: We can arrange a collection, or provide a prepaid return option.
  • UK and Channel Islands: Free returns and exchanges with a prepaid return option or arranged collection.
  • Europe: Returns are at your cost. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. To avoid customs delays, mark the shipment reason as "RETURN".

Refunds and exchanges

Once your return arrives and passes a quick condition check, we issue your refund to your original payment method or process your exchange. We will update you by email or SMS if you have provided those details.

How to start a return or exchange

Email info@unur.co.uk with your order number, or call +44 1534 491574. We'll share the next steps, including a prepaid label or collection for Jersey, UK and Channel Islands, or the returns address for Europe.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns of personalised items, items not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery, or items that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

This returns policy sits alongside, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

7.Product information

We try to keep product details accurate, but mistakes can happen. We may correct errors and update information at any time. Colour and texture can vary across screens and natural fibres.

8.Accounts

Keep your account details accurate and your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

9.Intellectual property

All content on the site is owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written permission.

10.Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for fraud.

If we breach these Terms, we are responsible only for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for business losses.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in that order.

11.Personal data

We handle your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy, including details of our lawful bases, your rights, and how to contact us or the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner (JOIC).

12.Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jersey. The Jersey courts will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers living in the EU or UK will also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence.

13.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on our site. If we make a material change, we will give reasonable notice where required. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
